The West Michigan District Planning Team and Grand Valley State University are collaborating to launch the first FIRST Tech Challenge League in West Michigan!
Join us as we compete, grow and learn from area FIRST Tech Challenge Teams!
League Nights:
League Meets will take place at the GVSU Shape Innovation & Design Center:
227 Winter Ave. NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504
There is a public parking lot for use next to the building or a Grand Valley Parking Garage at the end of the block.
For those that have used the Grand Valley FRC Practice Field, League Nights will take place at the same location.
League Championship:
We are excited to partner with FRC Team 904 & Team 4967 to host the West Michigan League Championship!

The League Championship will bring the League Teams together to determine who will represent the West Michigan League at the State Championship.

FIRST in Michigan
We are excited to partner with FIRST in Michigan to bring robotics to West Michigan Middle School Students.
FIRST in Michigan operates a progression of programs which differs from FIRST national. Their model enables students to build upon the skills and experiences attained at one level then flow naturally to the next level without overlap.
